ALPHA FOUNDATIONS (P) LTD., (formerly Alpha Enterprises) was started by a group of young engineers in 1990 with a vision - “TO BE THE MOST PREFERRED BUILDER”and provide affordable housing to all.

We today, develop and execute our own Housing & Commercial projects, and also undertake from concept to completion Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects on a turnkey basis .

To ensure quality of the products we use, we manufacture our own concrete and paver blocks. Being environmentally conscience we manufacture and use fly ash bricks. Wooden joinery which we use is manufactured from seasoned wood in our mechanised manufacturing facility.

We today, operate from our Chennai and Puducherry offices and undertake projects in Tamilnadu and Puducherry.
